Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: June 7, 2026

If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to Convoct and would like your data removed, follow the steps below.

What data we store from Facebook Login

• Your Facebook account ID (used to identify your Convoct account)
• Your name and email address as provided by Facebook

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Delete via Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings.
2. Click Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
3. Find Convoct and click Remove.
4. Select Delete all activity from this app.

Facebook will notify us to delete your data within 90 days.

Option 2 — Contact us directly

Send an email to privacy@convoct.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your Convoct user account and login credentials
• Your Facebook account ID stored in our system
• Any personal data associated with your account

Note: If your account is linked to a business client in Convoct, deleting your user account will not delete the business's lead, session, or attribution data, which belongs to the business account.
